Sambar Kaaram

This powder used in many Andhra Type Cuisines. The fresh garlic enhances the flavor of the powder. Shelf life is more than 2 months. Sambar Kaaram can be added to make curries and daals.

Curry Leaves

50 Grams
1.        Heat a pan on moderate and fry coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and curry leaves separately.
2.       See that they don’t get burnt.
3.       Let them cool.
4.       Grind them into fine powder.
5.       Crush garlic coarsely.
6.       Now in a mixing bowl mix the grinded powders, turmeric powder, crushed garlic and salt.
7.       Mix well and store it in an air tight container.
