Grated fresh coconut
Roasted gram
Green chillies
Ginger
Coriander leaves
Water
Salt
Curry leaves
Oil
Mustard

Method
1.          Take the freshly grated coconut in a mixie pot.
2.         Add other ingredients except the curry leaves and grind them into a smooth paste.
3.         Transfer the chutney to a bowl.
4.         Heat a little oil for seasoning. Add mustard and when it splutters switch off the heat  and then add the curry leaves.
5.         Pour this over the chutney.
6.         Goes well will idli, dosa and also aapaam.
