Cucumber Raita goes well with any rice specialty along with pickle and papad!!

Ingredients
 
 
Onion
Cucumber
Curd
Sugar
Salt
Coriander Leaves
1 Medium
2 Medium
1 Cup
A Pinch
To Taste
To Garnish
Method
1.        Wash and clean the vegetables.
2.       Chop onion and cucumber to small pieces.
3.       In a vessel whisk curd, sugar and salt.
4.       Add chopped onion and cucumber and mix well.
5.       Garnish with coriander leaves.
6.       Serve chilled, goes well with any rice item / Paratha.
Note: Other vegetables which can be used are Tomato and Carrot.
Carrot must be grated. Sour cream can also be used to make Raita
