Red capsicum chutney is another variety of chutney to add on. Taste and colors great !!

Capsicum
Green Chillies
Tamarind Paste
Garlic
Salt
Oil

1 Big pod
To taste
Required to fry capsicum
Seasoning
Mustard
Urad dal
Chana Dal
Asafetida
Oil
½ Tsp.
1 Tsp.
1 Tsp.
1 Pinch
For seasoning
To Garnish
Finely Chopped Onion
Coriander Leaves
1 Tbsp.
2-3 strands
Method
1.  De-seed Capsicum and cut into small pieces. Cut green chillies to small pieces too.
2.  In a pan heat oil and add capsicum, green chillies and stir fry on a low to medium heat for 12-15 minutes.
3.  Let it cool. Add salt, tamarind paste, garlic and grind this to Chutney consistency (Water is not required).
4.  Season with the ingredients for seasoning and pour to the Chutney.
 
5.  Garnish with chopped onion and chopped coriander leaves.
6.  Enjoy with hot rice and papad J
