Broccoli Manchurian
Manchurian
is an Indo Chinese appetizer/starter that is one more fast food items that
old and young relish. While typical Manchurian is made with Gobi or corn,
enclosing a different yummy variation of Manchurian – Broccoli Manchurian!!

Soy Sauce

Method
1. Cut broccoli to bite size florets.
2. Heat 4 tbsp. oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and
sauté. Now add chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
3. Add cubed red and green pepper and fry.
4. In a small bowl mix corn flour, sauces and
ketchup with 2 tbsp. of water and mix well, see that there a no lumps.
5. Now add this mixture to the capsicum and cook on
low for 10 minutes. Add salt.
6. Meanwhile in a mixing bowl add all-purpose flour,
corn starch, ginger garlic paste and salt. Add water and make a thick batter.
Dip each floret in the batter and deep fry the broccolis. Set them aside.
7. Now add deep fried broccolis to the gravy and
toss so that the mixture gets well coated to the broccoli.
8. Garnish with finely chopped coriander; leaves and
finely chopped spring onion and serve.
