Long Green Beans Dry Curry / Alasande Palya

Alasande / Long Green Beans is tender and slim bean that is used in Karnataka to make Palya, Sambar / Huli, usually in functions and marriages where atleast 2-3 types of Palyas are served! I have provided a dry variety of Palya that is cooked with coconut and mustard (Kai Sasime), an Udupi style recipe. This goes well as accompaniment to sambar, Rasam and curd rice and also for Chapati.
