Homemade Vegetable Pizza
Publishing
my 200th blog with VEGETABLE PIZZA. Vegetable pizza is a
craze with my kids. I learnt making pizza at home when I was staying in
Australia, since then my family likes it homemade. You can always do
variation by adding more or less sauce / vegetables / cheese.
Thanks
to my daughters who had been waiting patiently for me to take the photos of
the dish J, here
you go girls!!!!

Method
1. Roll the base if you have freshly prepared dough at home. Brush with
olive oil.
Note: I have a pizza tray and not a
pizza stone. Pizza stone is used if you want your pizza to be crusty. Never mind
if you don’t have one, you can always do it with a pizza tray or can use the
tray which is in the oven too.
2. Prepare you toppings, preheat oven to 450 degree Fahrenheit.
3. If you are making just CHEESE PIZZA,
spread the pizza sauce and spread mozzarella cheese.
4. If it is VEGETABLE PIZZA, spread
the sauce and arrange the veggies. Spread the cheese on top of the veggies.
5. Bake the pizza for at least 10-15 minutes till the cheese melts and turns
golden in color and the crust turns light brown.
6. Take out the pizza, cut it and relish J
