Ragi Dosa

 Ragi is nothing but Finger Millet. Ragi diet recipes are good for people with diabetes. Those who love dosa and prefer Ragi diet can try out this variety of dosa. Tasty and melts in the mouth.
Other than dosa ragi is used to make roti and the other Karnataka special is Ragi Mudde.

Urad Dal
Ragi Flour
Fenugreek Seeds
1 Cup
2 Cups
1 Tsp.
1.     Soak urad dal and fenugreek seeds for 3-4 hours.
2.     Drain the water and grind urad dal and fenugreek seeds to smooth batter. Adding fresh water slowly.
3.     Mix the ragi flour and the ground batter. Use your hand to mix, see that there are no lumps
4.     Make to dosa batter consistency..
5.     Let it ferment.
6.     Take required quantity of batter and add salt.
7.     Heat the skillet and pour the batter and spread it in a circular motion so that it is round.
8.     Drizzle oil and cook. Flip the dosa and cook till done.
9.     Serve Ragi Dosa hot with chutney.
