Instant Sweet and Sour Chutney for Chaat

As the name says INSTANT….need not have the dates and tamarind to make this chutney. Can store it in refrigerator for a month.

5 Minutes
Cooking Time
15 Minutes
Amchoor Powder / Dry Mango Powder
Cumin Powder
Chilli Powder
Pepper Powder
(Small cup measures)
1 Cup
1 Cup
¼ Cup
To Taste
2 Tsp.
½ Tsp.
A Pinch
1.  Mix above ingredient without any lump.
2.  Boil the syrup nicely.
Note: Becomes thick while boiling. Adjust the consistency by adding water while boiling.
3.  When it cools down transfer it to a container and refrigerate.
Note: Dilute a little potion whenever you want to use.
