Almond Chutney


 A substitute for the one who don’t prefer coconut in their chutney. This chutney is no way different than coconut chutney.

Almond
Roasted Gram
Green Chillies
Ginger
Coriander Leaves (Optional)
1 Tbsp.
1 Tbsp.

For Seasoning
Mustard
Oil
Curry Leaves
½ Tsp.
A little
A Few
Method
1.     Grind almond, roasted gram, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and salt together with a little water.
2.     Add water accordingly to the consistency of the chutney.
3.     Make the seasoning and pour it over the chutney.
