Green Tomato Chutney


Green tomatoes taste tangy. Chutney with green tomato is too good. Goes well with rice, idli and even dosa’s

Green Tomatoes
Green Chillies
Peanuts
Sesame Seeds
Salt
Oil

Seasoning
Mustard
Oil
Dry Red Chilli
Curry Leaves
½ Tsp.

Method
1.  Cube the tomatoes, cut green chillies.
2.  Dry roast peanuts and sesame seeds separately till you get a nice aroma.
3.  With a teaspoon of oil sauté tomatoes till mushy.
4.  Let it cool.
5.  Grind all together, add salt and grind.
6.  Season and pour over the chutney.
