Sweet Potato Raita

Sweet potato raita / Genasu Mosaru Gojju with dill leaves taste simple good and smells good too. Serve raita with any type of roti or Paratha. You can always skip the dill leaves instead add chopped coriander leaves which also tastes good.

Boiled Sweet Potato / Genasu
Chopped Dill Leaves / Sabbakshi
Green Chillies
Beaten Curd

1 Tbsp.
1 Cup
To Taste
1.  Peel and mash the boiled sweet potato. Dill leaves / Sabakshi Soppu and green chillies finely chopped.
2.  Add salt to the curd and beat well. Now add the mashed potato, chopped dill leaves and green chillies and mix well.
3.  With a little oil season with mustard and pour it over the raita.
4.  Potato raita ready to serve.
