Dosakai Chutney 3


A third version of dosakai chutney / pachadi. This recipe is shared by my friend Jhansi who is a very good cook as well. Adding spice and tangy to this pachadi  will taste so much tasty. Try out.

Peanuts
Green Chillies
Garlic Pods
Tamarind Paste

Method
1.  Peel the skin and deseed the dosakai and cut to small pieces.


 
2.  In a small pan dry roast peanuts and green chillies together. Just before switching off the stove add the garlic and roast the garlic pods. Let this cool.
 
3.  Now in a blender jar take the roasted peanuts, green chillies, tamarind paste, salt and garlic. Powder to a coarse paste.
4.  To this ground mixture add the cut dosakai and pulse coarsely. Mix well. Transfer it to a serving bowl.
 
5.   With a little oil in a pan do the seasoning which is given above. Poure the seasoning over the chutney and serve.
