Dill and Cucumber Dip

 Dill and cucumber dip is a creamy and flavorful dip for pita bread or chips. Serve cold.
Prep Time
10-15 Minutes
Chopped Dill Leaves
Grated Cucumber
Sour Cream
Lime Juice
1 Tbsp.
¼ Cup
½ Cup
To Taste
½ Tsp.
1.     Finely Chop Dill leaves. Peel and grate cucumber. Squeeze out water from the cucumber.
2.     In a mixing bowl add salt and sour cream. Now add chopped dill leaves and squeezed cucumber and lime juice.
3.     Mix well and refrigerate this dip for an hour.
4.     Serve cold.
