Godhi Unde
Godhi unde(Wheat Laddu) is a very
dessert. My kids love it any time. Super easy to make.

Ingredients:
o
2 Cup- Wheat flour/ Godhi Hittu
o
1 Cup – Powdered Sugar/ Pudi sakkare
(increase sugar as per your taste)
o
4 Tbsp- Ghee/ Clarified butter
(increase the quantity if you feel its dry to make the laddu)
o
1 Tbsp each- Raisins/ roasted Cashew
pieces
o
Cardamom powder (Optional)
Method:
o
In a thick
bottomed pan roast the wheat flour on a medium to low heat until it changes its
color and the raw smell goes off. Switch the stove off.
o Add the powdered sugar, roasted nuts, raisins and cardamom powder and give a good mix.
o
To this mixture
add the ghee and mix well.
o
Once the mixture
is warm and you are able to handle the heat, take a small portion and start
making the laddus.
o
Store it in an
airtight container.
