Papdi Chaat


As the name indicates Papdi Chaat is lots of crispy puris tossed with sweet and spicy chutney and topped with raw tomato and onion.
 
Papdi chaat is a delicious and refreshing snack which can be had anytime.

Flat Crisp Puris / Rice / Flour Cracker
Boiled Potato
Green Chutney
Sweet Chutney
Chopped Tomatoes
Chopped Onion
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Chaat Masala
Whisked Curd (optional)

Method


 
1.     Chop the boiled potato and set aside.
 
2.     To assemble: arrange the puris in a plate.
3.     Top it with potato piece, tomato and onion pieces.
 
4.     Add on sweet chutney and green chutney. At this point you can top with the curd.
 
5.     Sprinkle chaat powder, coriander leaves and sev.
6.     Serve immediately.
