Ragi Halbai

Ragi halbai is a healthy and tasty sweet that is easy to prepare and something you cannot stop at one piece!! The sweet is prepared by extracting the milk of finger millet and grated coconut with jaggery. You can also make halbai with rice and wheat instead of Ragi. This is another Udupi specialty. I will  be posting recipes from my mother in law... with this one of them.
