Salt Lassi


 Salt Lassi a cool and relishing drink when thirsty especially after heavy meal or during summer.

Ingredients
 
 
Curd
Salt
Finely Chopped Green Chilles
Finely Minced Ginger
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
Asafetida
Cumin Powder
Lime Juice
1 ½ Cup
To Taste
½ Tsp.
½ Tsp.
1 Tsp.
To Taste
¼ Tsp.
½ Tsp.
Method
1.     With ½ Cup of water churn curd in a blender. Take this out in a container.
 
 
2.     To this add salt, chopped green chillies, minced ginger, lime juice, asafetida and coriander leaves.
 
3.     Mix well. Pour the lassi to a glass.
4.     Serve it cold sprinkled with cumin powder.
