Aloo Fry

Aloo fry / Potato fry can be favorite of many. This one reminds of my childhood days when my mom used to prepare the fry we used to just eat it by itself. As in these day the kids like French Fries J

To make this fry we need to use more oil than any other curry. It’s good if the potatoes turn crispy. Aloo fry can be served with plain rice or with rotis.
