Baked Potato Wedges

Baked Potato wedges are one of the healthier snack options to spice up cold and gloomy winter evenings. A great option for starters and sides for parties as well. Try different options of seasoning based on your taste.

I have added cumin powder and asafetida/ Hing to get the Indianised taste. You can also add pepper powder, parmesan cheese powder too.

Potato wedges are always a winner in the parties, all the ages will like them J

Potatoes ( Big )
Red Chilli Flakes
Garlic Flakes
Italian Seasonings
Cumin Power
Olive Oil

½ Tsp.
A Pinch
1 Tbsp.
½ Tsp
1.   Cut the potatoes into wedges.

2.   In a mixing bowl, add red chili flakes, garlic powder, Italian spices, cumin powder, Salt, asafetida and olive oil.

3.   To this add the cut potatoes and let it marinate for 10 mins. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 400 degree F.

4.   Spread the marinated potato wedges in single layer and bake them for 35-40 minutes until they are little browned and tender.

5.   Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
