Bhindi Do Pyaza

Bhindi in hindi means okra and pyaz means onion. In this dish onion is used twice the amount of okra/lady finger. A popular side dish which goes well with roti/ chapatti. Okras are stir fried here.
As always the okras must be cleaned and dried before you cut them. You can cut the way you would like to (round, elongated slit, half) Generally okra need slightly more oil than any other veggie. Do not cover okras while cooking else due to moisture they turn mushy.
